The Clwyd Room is a multi purpose function room suitable for a wide variety of events, from meetings and conferences, through wedding receptions and parties, to music and dance performances.
There is a main area 11 metres by 15 metres, with a high ceiling and a wooden floor designed for dancing. There are two slightly raised sitting out areas, one 7 metres by 11 metres, and the other 8 metres by 12 metres, which has a bar available if required.
There are limited lighting and sound facilities, but these can be extended for individual events. There is a large projection screen, and AV equipment can be set up to suit customer’s requirements.
The Clwyd Room has its own foyer area adjacent to the main theatre foyer, and it links to two further meeting rooms via a staircase if extra retiring or breakout spaces are needed.
