A Lecture by Geoff Simpson - Trustee of the Battle of Britain Memorial Trust

Geoff's latest book A Dictionary of the Battle of Britain was published last year to excellent reviews and in this lecture he examines the backgrounds of the men who flew against the Luftwaffe.

Battle of Britain expert Geoff Simpson is also a Council Member of the Friends of the Imperial War Museum and a member of the RAF Historical Society and Guild of Battlefield Guides.

The lecture is introduced by veteran Battle of Britain Hurricane pilot, Squadron Leader Tony Pickering.
